Sämtliche Angaben auf dieser Website, z.B. zur Finanzierung (Ratenkauf), Versand und Versandkosten, Widerrufsrecht, Garantiebestimmungen sowie die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen richten sich an Kunden in Deutschland und basieren auf dem deutschen Gesetz. Die Nationenvereinbarung über Verträge für den internationalen Verkauf von Waren (CISG) wird ausgeschlossen.
Auslandskunden zahlen 6.- EUR für den Versand unabhängig von der Höhe des Warenwertes.
Europäische Gemeinschaft EU
Für Käufer innerhalb der EU gelten die angegebenen Bruttopreise, also inklusive der gesetzlichen deutschen Mehrwertsteuer von derzeit 19 %. Falls Sie innerhalb der EU, jedoch nicht in Deutschland, ein Gewerbe betreiben und bikx.de bei der Bestellung Ihre Umsatzsteuer-ID-Nummer angeben, bezahlen Sie keine deutsche Mehrwertsteuer. Zollgebühren fallen nicht an.
Schweiz und Lichtenstein
Lieferungen in die Schweiz und Lichtenstein erfolgen ohne die deutsche Mehrwertsteuer. Bestellen Sie über das Warenkorbsystem, die Rechnung wird entsprechend nachträglich gekürzt. Der Einfuhrzoll von derzeit 7,6 % ist vom Kunden zu bezahlen.

Shipping and Handling
All data on this website, e.g. to the financing, dispatch, return right, terms of warranty as well as the general trading conditions address to customers in Germany and are based on the German law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
Shipping costs are usually 6.- EUR.
All prices are inclusive of German value added tax (VAT).
Our customers not living in the European Union (EU) will pay an amount from which the German VAT is deducted, calculated in the scope of the purchase order process and indicated before the final triggering of the purchase order. In addition to the shipping costs customers not living in the EU have to pay the national VAT and duty in their country for the imported goods.
Payment:
We ask our customers from abroad to pay by advance payment only.
If paying by advance payment, the customer will transfer the money directly into our bank account in advance. Please do not transfer the money before we confirmed the availability of the product in a binding way. Please keep in mind that bank fees to be borne by Customer might be charged with advance payments (especially from abroad). bikx.de has to receive the total invoice amount. The bank account number for the transfer will be sent together with the confirmation of availability.
Complaints & Warranty:
The statutory warranty conditions apply. The warranty period is 2 years. Please contact us in case of problems with one of our products. We will give advice to solve the problem. In case of a defective item we will replace or repare it.
Transport damages:
If you receive a damaged packet please inform us as soon as possible, at the latest within 2 days.
